Q: Do you accept customization?

A: Yes, we provide Logo, Packaging Color Box customization. We have our own designer team, you can give your logo or even an idea, we can design for you or make customization production.

OEM or ODM are Welcome.

Q.How can I get a sample for customization?

A: After design, material, printing and sample cost confirmed, we will make the sample for you, and send to you after sample picture approved.

Q.How can I control the quality of the goods?

A: We are professional manufacturer and exporter of the smart products, and custmers satisfaction is the power for our continuousis marketing and development. 
You can arrange the third party inspection company for goods inspection after production.

Q: What's the shipping time if I place an order?

A: Generally it's 1-2 working days for sample shipping, 3-5 days for more than 100pcs order, and it takes 3-5 days to arrival by Express.

Q: What's the warranty term?

A: We provide 12 months warranty.  If any quality problems with our products during this period, you can send back to replacement or refund. The shipping cost is on our account.

Q: What shipping ways is better for us?

A: For small order, express will be the best, it is Fast and Convenient.  As for bulk order, Air way is better but just need collect goods from Airport. 
For urgent orders,we suggest express send to your hands directly.
